What this tool does
This app suggests prompts for Canva. You don’t get the finished graphic here—you copy the prompt and paste it into Canva (e.g. Magic Design or AI image tools). Canva then creates the post or image. The overlay text is a PROMPT only: the AI should use it as a brief and generate its own overlay, not use it word-for-word.
Generator tab
Output type — Choose what the AI should generate: image-first post, text-based post, customer story, tip/how-to, or engagement/question. Only one can be selected.
Generate prompt — Get a new suggestion (topic, tone, overlay direction, caption, image prompt, icon).
Lock — Tick the box next to a field to keep it. When you generate again, only unlocked fields change.
↻ (Reroll) — Get a new suggestion for that one field only. Rerolling Topic also updates overlay, caption, image and icon so they match the new topic (you’ll be warned if any of those were locked).
Copy to clipboard — Copy the full prompt to paste into Canva.
Save this prompt — Save the current prompt to your list so you can use it later or assign it to a date.
Saved tab
All prompts you’ve saved. They’re sorted by topic. Each tile shows the prompt; you can Copy, Assign to date, or Delete. Saved data is stored in this browser only.
Calendar tab
Plan when to post. Use ‹ › to change month. Dots on a day show scheduled prompts (colours = topic). Click a day to see or edit what’s there, or remove a prompt from that day. To schedule a prompt, go to Saved and click Assign to date, then pick the day.
Manage phrases tab
Edit the lists behind the generator: topics, tones, frustrations, captions, and templates. Add, edit, or delete entries in each column. Changes are saved to the data files. Use this to tailor the suggestions to your business.
